Handmade Items All handmade quilts and handmade items are final sale. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Fabric & Notions We accept returns on uncut, unopened fabric and notions within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund.
