Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email address] and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nana's Quilting Room is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
